FAQ
Answers to the things people usually ask first
Still unsure? Send the message anyway — I’d rather tell you we’re not a fit than waste your time.
How much will this cost?
Cost depends on project type. Most engagements land under $10k — a focused feature build or AI integration usually starts around $2k, a tightly-scoped sprint runs $3k – $7k, and a multi-feature MVP or SaaS foundation sits in the $7k – $10k range. Larger builds (multi-month products, complex AI systems) can go above $10k — quoted case by case. You'll get a fixed price before we start, no hourly surprises. For a single hour of advice or an architecture review, the Advisory engagement is the right fit.
How fast can you start?
Current next-available kickoff is about 3 weeks from intake. Urgent work occasionally jumps the queue — flag it in your message and we'll talk.
I'm in the US/EU — does timezone work?
Yes. I'm in PKT (UTC+5) with daily overlap with CET, GST, ET, and PT. Async-first by default: written updates, weekly demos, and Loom over real-time calls when possible.
I don't have a spec yet — is that OK?
Completely. The discovery call exists for exactly this. Bring the problem, the constraints, and what success looks like — I'll come back with a concrete shape and a recommendation.
Who owns the code?
You do. Full IP transfer on delivery, repos handed over, no lock-in. Happy to sign NDAs before any sensitive conversation — just ask.
What if it doesn't work out?
Sprints have a weekly demo cadence and a kill switch — you can stop at any milestone with no further commitment. The goal is honest progress you can verify, not a slow burn to a surprise bill.
